Arrow Puzzle: Calm Escape

Last updated:

Arrow Puzzle: Calm Escape (com.fndg.arrowpuzzle) is provided by FNDG. For privacy questions or requests, contact fndgdev@gmail.com.

Your game progress

The game does not require an account. Your current puzzle, remaining arrows, completed-level IDs and advertising-interval counters are saved on your device. The game does not upload this save to a FNDG game-progress server.

On Android, you can remove local progress by clearing the app's storage in Android settings. Device backups may retain or restore app data, depending on your Android and backup settings.

Free browser version

The game at frogndog.com/play-arrowpuzzle/ is free and contains no advertising. It does not load Google Mobile Ads, Google's advertising consent service or a separate analytics script.

Browser progress and sound settings are saved in your browser's local site storage. They are separate from Android progress and do not sync across browsers or devices. Clearing site data removes this save. Private browsing and browser storage restrictions can prevent progress from being kept.

The browser downloads the game from our website, hosted on GitHub Pages. The hosting service receives the network information needed to deliver the page and game files, such as your IP address. See GitHub's Privacy Statement. The Android advertising sections below apply only to the Android app.

Advertising services

The Android game includes Google Mobile Ads and Google's User Messaging Platform, which handles advertising privacy choices. Google's advertising SDK can automatically collect and share:

Google uses this information for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. Google states that data collected by its advertising SDK is encrypted in transit using TLS. See Google's SDK data disclosure.

When advertising is enabled, the game checks consent at startup and may initialize and preload ads before an ad appears. Processing can occur without tapping an ad. An opening period with no displayed ads does not switch off these services. Development versions using test ads also use Google's advertising services.

Google explains its data use, sharing, controls and retention in its Privacy Policy and advertising information.

Your advertising choices

Where required, Google's consent form is shown before ads are requested. You can reopen available choices through Settings → Ad choices. The entry appears when Google's service requires it. Puzzles and hints remain available when an ad is unavailable or consent processing fails.

Android settings may also let you reset or delete your advertising ID. Available controls depend on your Android version and device.

Permissions and other services

The game does not ask for camera, microphone, contacts or precise-location access. It has no chat, user uploads, in-app purchases or game accounts.

Unity Analytics, Engine Diagnostics and Cloud Diagnostics are disabled in the app's project configuration. No separate analytics service is integrated. Google's advertising diagnostics are described above.

Support, retention and deletion

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. We use support correspondence to respond to your request and retain it only as needed for that purpose and applicable obligations.

Local progress remains on your device until app storage is cleared; backups follow your device and account settings. Google handles advertising-related retention and deletion under its own policy and controls.

For questions or requests concerning information FNDG may hold, email fndgdev@gmail.com. Please include the game's name and enough detail for us to understand your request.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page and its date when the game's data practices change. This policy applies to Arrow Puzzle: Calm Escape.
