1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how FNDG (the “Operator”) handles information in connection with the free mobile game Ghost Chase (the “App”).
2. Information collected or transmitted
The App and the Operator do not collect or transmit to an Operator server any name, email address, phone number, advertising identifier, location, contacts, photos, payment information, or other personal data.
The App contains no account or login system, advertising, in-app purchases, analytics, remote server, or cloud-save feature. The Operator does not receive or store payment information or advertising identifiers in connection with use of the App.
3. Game data stored on the device
Game progress and settings are stored locally on the user's device. The Operator cannot access and does not receive this data. Local data is generally removed when the App is uninstalled; however, Android or Google backup settings may allow the operating system to back up or restore some app data.
4. External links
Selecting Privacy in the settings screen opens this page in the device's web browser. Information handled by the web browser and Google Play itself is governed by those services' policies and the user's settings.
5. Children's privacy
The App does not knowingly collect children's personal data. The same no-collection and no-Operator-server-transmission principles apply to every user.
6. Retention and deletion
Because the Operator does not collect personal data through the App, there is no user personal data retained on an Operator server to delete. Progress and settings stored on the device can be removed by clearing the App's data or uninstalling the App.
7. Changes
We may update this policy if the App or applicable requirements change. The revised policy and its last-updated date will be posted on this page.
